2023 Nov-Dec Road Trip Calgary to Arizona

In November we head off to Arizona in our trusty 13 year old Outback to experience being Canadian “Snowbirds”. What is a Snowbird you ask –

  • a northerner who moves to a warmer southern state in the winter or, a
  • widespread and variable junco (songbird) with grey or brown upper parts and a white belly who heads south for the warmer climes during the Canadian winter.
